4.3.3. To enforce any terms of use applicable to the Site or to enforce other terms and conditions or agreements related to our Services;

4.3.4. With our international partner websites when you book through the Site with users of those partner websites or interact with third parties via the Site;

4.3.5. As part of a business sale, asset transfer, restructuring, or reorganization, while taking steps to ensure continued protection of your privacy rights;

Third-party service providers will process data under Travel & Earn’s control and with the same level of security as Travel & Earn. Travel & Earn disclaims any liability for the verification process’s accuracy, reliability, and authenticity. Verification will comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the IT Act;

4.3.8. For internal quality maintenance, training, and updating customers about Travel & Earn’s Services.

4.4. Travel & Earn may moderate messages exchanged on the Site but will not sell, transfer, or disclose your communications to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4.5. Except as outlined above, we will not disclose your personal information without your explicit permission.

5. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
